Pacific Pro Window Cleaning serves San Diego County, from coastal La Jolla and Del Mar to inland Poway and 4S Ranch. Matthew and Tanner run 40-PSI water-fed poles and handle exterior, interior, track, and screen cleaning themselves, job by job, no subcontractors, no sales crew upselling extras nobody asked for.

San Diego County splits into two very different window problems depending on how close you are to the water. Coastal streets in La Jolla, Del Mar, Pacific Beach, and Point Loma deal with salt film off the ocean, which builds up on exterior glass faster than anywhere else in the county. Inland communities in the 858 area code, Poway, Scripps Ranch, Rancho Peñasquitos, and 4S Ranch, deal with dust and hard-water overspray from sprinklers instead.

What We Actually Do

Four services, no more:

• Exterior window cleaning with deionized water and water-fed brushes at around 40 PSI, so the glass dries without squeegee marks or mineral spotting
• Interior window cleaning, hand washed with microfiber on the frames and sills
• Window track detailing, since the grit sitting in a track channel is what scratches the glass over time
• Window screen cleaning with a screen machine and bristle brushes, then the frame is hand-detailed

A typical two-story home in the 2,200-2,800 sq ft range runs $220-$280 for all four services. Last month we quoted a 5-bedroom, 38-window place in Rancho Santa Fe at $340, and Tanner had it done in just under three hours with the water-fed pole, ground level the whole time, no ladder on that sloped lot.

Where We Work

We cover La Jolla, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Pacific Beach, Point Loma, Rancho Santa Fe, Poway, Rancho Peñasquitos, Scripps Ranch, and 4S Ranch, along with the rest of San Diego. Each area has its own version of the same problem. Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar tend to have large fixed picture windows that need interior access scheduled with the homeowner. Carmel Valley and 4S Ranch are newer construction with high window counts per home, sometimes 30+ panes on a single house. Two-story coastal homes on sloped, landscaped lots usually need pole work from ground level instead of a ladder, which is slower but safer.

How We Work

The same two people who quote the job show up and do it. There's no separate sales crew and no separate cleaning crew. If Matthew or Tanner gives you a quote, one of them is the person holding the squeegee, or more often these days, the pole and the water-fed brush.
