About Pacific Pro Window Cleaning

Pacific Pro Window Cleaning is a San Diego owned and operated company run by Matthew and Liam. We clean exterior and interior glass, detail window tracks, and machine-wash screens for homeowners across the county, from La Jolla and Del Mar out through Poway and 4S Ranch.

Two owners means the people quoting your job are the people doing it. There is no layer between the person who walks your property and the person holding the pole, which is why we can give you a straight answer on the spot instead of checking with someone.

What we actually care about

If you read through our Google reviews, the same word keeps appearing: punctual. On time. Showed up when they said. It comes up in review after review, from customers who have no connection to each other.

That is not an accident and it is not a marketing line. In this trade, the bar is genuinely low - homeowners are used to being given a vague morning window and then waiting. We would rather quote you a time we can actually hit than the time you want to hear, and then hit it.

We do the parts people skip

The second thing customers notice is the screens. Most window cleaners wipe them down in place or hose them off, and neither genuinely cleans mesh. We take every screen off and run it through a screen cleaning machine, then hand-detail the frame before it goes back on. Tracks get the same treatment - hand-detailed corner by corner with brushes and towels, because there is no shortcut that works.

Glass, interiors, tracks, screens. A window is all four, and cleaning one of them is not cleaning the window.

Straight answers

We will tell you when something does not need doing. If your tracks are already clean, or a set of upper-floor windows in a room nobody uses can wait another season, that is what we will say. One reviewer described it as being "honest and humble", and that is the standard we are aiming at.

Before we leave a job we walk it with you. If a pane needs another pass, it is far easier to sort while we are still standing there with the equipment out.
